Before processing any withdrawal, Rajinslot will require you to complete the KYC verification process, which may include submitting government-issued photo identification (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is satisfactorily provided.
Rajinslot accepts deposits via a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at Rajinslot's discretion. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated account may be subject to review.
Deposit processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed instantly. DuitNow transfers are also typically instant. FPX and online banking transfers from Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect generally process within 5 to 15 minutes under normal conditions.
Cryptocurrency deposits are processed upon receiving the minimum required blockchain confirmations for each coin. Fiat-equivalent values are calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation and are not subject to retroactive adjustment.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a player has completed the KYC verification process. Rajinslot reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory identity and payment method verification has been completed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are disclosed within the platform's cashier section. Players at higher VIP tiers may be entitled to elevated withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP programme terms.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. Rajinslot reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via bank transfer in cases where the originating deposit method cannot accept return credits (as is the case with most cryptocurrency deposits).
Real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
Rajinslot may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of any promotional offer are determined solely by Rajinslot and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

Rajinslot is not liable for any winnings that result from a manifest software error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rajinslot platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Rajinslot reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and access to the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, any balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the breach, as determined by Rajinslot in its sole discretion.
Players may voluntarily close their Rajinslot account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
Rajinslot reserves the right to terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of platform closure, all verified real-money balances will be refunded to the applicable players.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rajinslot, its officers, employees, licensors, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of gameplay, device damage, or financial losses resulting from gambling activity.
Rajinslot does not guarantee that the Service will be available continuously or without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, and network issues may cause temporary unavailability. Rajinslot accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.
In the event that Rajinslot is found liable for any direct loss suffered by a player, its liability shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount of the player's net deposit in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) MYR 10,000.
